At Chiefly, we specialize in limited, collectible, and boutique-style anime & Japanese merchandise. Because of this, all sales are final.

 

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Blind boxes & mystery items

  • Collections & limited-edition items

  • Sale or promotional items

Opening a blind box means embracing the surprise - duplicates and preferences are part of the experience!


No Returns or Exchanges 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Duplicate blind box items

  • Size, style, or character preference

  • Minor packaging wear that does not affect the product

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

** (The only Exception) **

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping, or

  • Incorrect due to our error 

Please contact us within 48hours of delivery at  chiefmadechiefly@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and original packaging


Each case is reviewed individually, if approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • Store credit (no cash refunds)


Shipping Disclaimer

Chiefly is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”
